Your profit estimate

Enter your details to calculate an estimate.

How this estimate works

Booked nights = available nights × occupancy ÷ 100. Estimated bookings = booked nights ÷ average stay. Bookings can be fractional because this is a monthly average forecast.

Revenue = nightly revenue + cleaning fees collected + other monthly revenue. Costs include your chosen percentage fee bases, per-booking costs, cleaning, per-night expenses, and all entered fixed monthly costs.

Estimated cash profit = revenue − entered costs. The annual projection repeats this month 12 times; it does not model seasonality. Profit margin is shown only when revenue is greater than zero.

This is a cash planning estimate before income tax, depreciation, and upfront investment. If you enter a full mortgage payment, principal is treated as cash outflow. Include escrow costs only once. Use the break-even calculator to find the nights needed to cover costs. Estimate consumable quantities with the original rental supply calculator, then price them using your own purchases.

Planning estimates based on your inputs, not a forecast or a quote. Not affiliated with Airbnb. Confirm your actual costs before committing money.
